Work Release Registration Form

 

We believe that theater is a great way to promote healing, friendship and social change.

Mud Theatre Project and Theatre Y would like to invite 10 individuals in custody to participate in our theater programs on a continuing basis. Next weekend, we will host events Friday, Saturday and Sunday - to which we welcome 10 participants each night.

Theatre Y is located at 3611 W. Cermak Rd., Chicago, IL 60623. 10 individuals in custody are invited to participate on each of the following performances:

  • Friday February 27 at 5:30-9:30pm

  • Saturday February 28 at 5:30-9:30pm

  • Sunday March 1 at 3:30-7:30pm
